However, it’s important to note that your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of entry into Morocco.

If you hold a Travel Document, Morocco does not currently support online visa applications for travel document holders. You will need to apply for a sticker visa through the Moroccan Embassy or Consulate.

From my experience, when I encountered the issue, I selected "residence permit" as the document type and, in the "Document Number" section, I filled the number of my expired UK BRP to complete. I was able to complete the process without any issues by providing that information.
