Visa appointment

Hi, I faced a similar situation and was informed that I was not eligible for the Morocco e-Visa because I did not hold any valid supporting document such as a visa or residence permit from one of the eligible supporting-document countries. I was advised to apply for a regular visa through the Moroccan Embassy/Consulate, which I did, and I successfully obtained the regular visa. I would recommend that you follow the same route for your planned travel.

Hey Biplab, I am also canadian and as per the requirement, you cannot apply for online evisa, i went through the embassy procedure. I highy recoomened you the same.

If you have applied with them, I suggest to contact their support team with your passport number only, they will assist you, Their team is best
