Travellers from Saint Kitts and Nevis must meet one of the following conditions. You do not need both; only one is required.

Residence Permit

You are eligible if you hold a valid residence permit issued by one of these regions/countries: the Schengen Area, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Ireland.

Validity Rule: The residence permit must be valid for at least 180 days from the date of application.

A valid Multiple-entry Visa

If you do not hold a residence permit, you may still qualify if you have a multiple-entry visa for one of the following countries: Schengen Area countries, Ireland, Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, or the United States.

Validity Rule: A multiple-entry Visa must be valid for at least 90 days from the date of application.
