This is Omara Christian Kenneth, I am a student from Uganda and I was invited to attend a conference in Morocco. i have been having problems applying for a visa since there is no Moroccan embassy in Uganda and I do not hold another valid Visa from any other country. The nearest other Moroccan Embassy or Consul is in Nairobi and Kigali. That brings me to my questions: 1. Is it possible for the Moroccan Embassy in Kenya to issue for me a visa to Morocco despite me not being a Kenyan National. 2. If yes, do I have to travel to physically apply for the Visa in Kenya or I can do it online.
